Prostate cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in men, impacting 1 in 8 during their lifetime. Behind every diagnosis is not only a personal story, but also a growing body of research that is changing how we understand and treat the disease. Join us for a special Fireside Chat in honor of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, where we’ll connect cutting-edge discoveries with real-life experiences.

We’ll be joined by Justin Hwang, PhD, a researcher and Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hwang’s work explores how genes influence the way prostate cancer develops and responds to treatment, offering hope for more precise and effective treatment options in the future.

We’ll also hear from Billy Brownlee, a prostate cancer survivor, who will share his personal journey through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. His story highlights why research, access, and strong support systems are so important—especially for men facing this disease today.
