Susan oversees the administrative data collection and analysis program for the Center. She works with data stewards in each area of administration to establish short- and long-term goals for data evaluation, measurement, and reporting. Metrics are regularly reviewed to measure the progress of the MCC Strategic Plan, thus informing the governance structure of the Center. Susan also provides centralized and dedicated support for the Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG), acting as the point person for all CCSG-related data collection and reporting, overseeing the annual progress report, and supporting the competitive renewal and NCI site visit every 5 years.
