Join us at the large picnic pavilion at Brookview Park on Friday, June 21, to celebrate Survivorship Awareness Month! This family picnic is a casual gathering of survivors, caregivers, and family. Stop by to enjoy food, treats, games, face painting, and other fun, family activities. Registration is not required and attendance is free.
Please complete the RSVP form so we can keep you updated on what to expect for the afternoon! This will also help us provide an appropriate amount of food.

The picnic will be located at the large picnic pavilion in Brookview Park: 200 Brookview Pkwy N, Golden Valley, MN 55426. Look for our signage!
