Briana Kerber, MA
Briana Kerber, MA (she/her/hers) joined the Masonic Cancer Center in October 2022 as Marketing and Communications Manager. Briana is responsible for leading MCC’s integrated communications, marketing, and social impact strategy. In this role, Briana tells the story of our cancer center and the people who make it tick, and she protects and strengthens MCC’s reputation by guiding external, internal, executive, and digital communications, strategic marketing, branding, and social responsibility.
Before joining MCC, Briana worked in strategic communications and engagement, political organizing, and refugee and migrant advocacy in the United States, Belgium, and Jordan. Most recently, she managed communications and engagement for the Minnesota-based clean energy and climate advocacy nonprofit, Fresh Energy. Briana earned a bachelor of arts from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a master’s degree in International Migration with a secondary specialization in Foreign Policy from the Brussels School of International Studies at the University of Kent. Outside of work, Briana enjoys traveling, painting, vintage and thrift shopping, and rearranging her house plants—too many of which she technically does not have space for.
